Who we are
Direct-Me SEO is an SEO and AI-visibility (GEO) consulting practice operated by Direct-Me LLC, based in Oregon, USA. Contact: admin@direct-me.org.
What we collect
We collect only what you give us and what’s needed to run the service: contact details you submit through forms on this site (name, email, website URL, business details, and your answers to intake questions); order information when you purchase a package (handled by Stripe — see below); and standard technical data most websites receive (IP address, browser type) in server logs, kept for security and troubleshooting.
Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers and we never see or store it. Stripe’s handling of your data is governed by Stripe’s privacy policy. We receive from Stripe only your name, email, and what you purchased, so we can deliver the service.
How we use your information
Your information is used to deliver the service you bought or requested, to reply to your inquiries, and — only if you opted in — to send occasional SEO tips by email. Every such email includes an unsubscribe option, and unsubscribing is honored promptly. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing. Ever.
Free AI-visibility check
If you request the free check, we use the website URL and question you submit to run the analysis and email you the result. That’s the whole use.
Cookies and analytics
This site keeps things minimal. If analytics are in use, they measure aggregate page traffic — not to build personal profiles. We don’t run advertising trackers.
How long we keep data
Form submissions and client project data are kept for as long as needed to deliver the work and maintain business records, then deleted on request or when no longer needed. Email us and we’ll tell you exactly what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — no forms, no runaround.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing admin@direct-me.org. If you’re in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (GDPR, CCPA, or similar), those rights are honored on request.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with an updated effective date.
